Dark Roast

We’ve classified the blends at two-bean or three-bean strength. The two-beans being “milder.” While French roasting a bean tends to mute the varietals’ finer characteristics it still adds a nice depth to a blend. We roast to order so that you will receive freshly roasted Maine coffee. Cheers!
